Mission Statement

We will be the best independent regional provider, delivering high quality affordable care. We will grow as a business by developing all aspects of care management of elderly people and those with physical disabilities.

We will use all the Company's surpluses to develop our business.

We will foster a style of management based on personal responsibility and trust.

Care Philosophy

The purpose of each Home is to enable people to continue to achieve their physical, emotional and social potential and have the right to choose how they conduct their lives and preserve their individuality.

Individuality, sexuality and spiritual needs will be respected with sensitivity. The undertaking of activities will not be discouraged solely on the grounds that there is an element of risk.

Individuals are free to make their own decisions, as long as they do not infringe upon the rights of others.

Staff are committed to providing a quality care service that will meet the expectations and requirements of customers and will therefore welcome all recommendations, criticisms and comments to enable them to adjust the service accordingly.
